Dear friends, clients, colleagues, and well-wishers:

I write this letter with a heavy heart.  As many of you have already heard, on January 15th, 2001, Phoenix Physical Therapy & Longevity Center became another victim of our Great Recession and was forced to close its doors permanently.

The reason for our closure was simple: inability to receive the promised second round of funding from our local or national banks. The investors that have pledged financing to us have also reneged on their promises due to heavy losses that they experienced during last year.  Without fresh funding, the firm ran out of funds needed for daily operation.

I want to take this moment to thank a number of people that gave Phoenix Longevity Center its flight during 2010.  I first was to thank Ruby Abraham, Rema Levin, and Barbara Holland of B&H Reality for working with us in getting this facility so that we can create something special.

Secondly, I want to personally thank Cameron Miller of CLM Development (702) 253-9169. Not many times one gets to say good things about his contractor.  This is one of those rare times.  Not only did Cameron build this wonderful facility, he also stayed within the promised budget, even when plans had to change to due unexpected City Code changes.  He also sent his team to help us with all the time-consuming tenant improvements at no extra cost to us, so that we can open faster. If anyone needs a General Contractor, he has my highest recommendation. Thank you so much for building our facility.

Thirdly, I want to thank all my staff: Alina, Debi, Shaghleen, Juan, Andrew, James, LaVar, Rhonda, Barbara, Jeffrey, Irina, Bobi, Brigitte, and Kate for making our Longevity Center special.  I especially want to thank Andrew for giving up his Saturday to help me wind down the firm. It was an honor and a privilege to work with you.

To all of the Longevity Runners: good luck with the races!  Debi (702-443-2711) will continue the running club from another location.  She will also do personal training and marathon training. I am sure she will post it on her Wall.  Shaghleen has launched her own private practice and will continue to perform Soft Tissue Oxygenation Therapeutic massage.  If you like to schedule an appointment, please call her directly at: (702) 332-1384.

With these final words, a bid you all farewell.  I am sure that we will meet again somewhere in Las Vegas.  Please do say “hi”.  It has been my honor and privilege to have known and serve, with my staff, all of you.  The experience has made my life indescribably richer.  Thank you.

Best of fortunes to you and your loved ones.

Eugene
